  The ACM Symposium on Eye Tracking Research & Applications (ETRA) 2024 was a hybrid conference with the in-person event at the  Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel , Glasgow, UK, and virtual attendees joining via  Webex Events . The conference took place from June 4 to June 7, 2024. We ( Yasasi  and  Gavindya ) attended the paper sessions and keynotes of the conference virtually. ETRA symposium focuses on all aspects of eye movement research across a wide range of disciplines and brings together computer scientists, engineers, and behavioral scientists to enhance eye-tracking research and applications.  This year,   Yasasi  from ODU  served on the organizing committee of the ETRA conference as the publicity chair .  🎉 #ETRA2024 kicks off today at #Glasglow ! The 15th Annual ACM Symposium of Eye Tracking Research & Applications (ETRA 2023) was a fully hybrid conference, with the in-person event at the University of Tübingen , Germany, and virtual attendees joining via Webex Events . ETRA 2023 conference took place from May 30 to June 2, 2023. We ( Yasasi and Gavindya ) attended the conference in person and virtually. ETRA brings together computer scientists, engineers, and behavioral scientists for enhancing eye-tracking research and applications. This year, 13 full papers were presented at ETRA 2023 and published in the Proceedings of the ACM on Human-Computer Interaction (PACMHCI). In addition, 23 short papers were accepted and presented in the poster sessions at ETRA 2023. The 14th ACM Symposium on Eye Tracking Research and Applications (ETRA 2022) was a fully hybrid conference hosted both in-person and virtually by Seattle Children’s Hospital, Washington, USA, between June 8 - 11, 2022. We ( Bhanuka , Gavindya , Yasasi ) attended paper sessions and keynotes where scientists and practitioners of all disciplines presented their work via Zoom on the Socio platform . ETRA brings together eye-tracking researchers from Computer Science and Psychology/Cognitive Science. For the first time, full papers accepted for ETRA are published through proceedings of the ACM. Reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of the community, authors were given a choice of having their work published in either the Proceedings of the ACM on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques (PACMC- GIT) or the Proceedings of the ACM on Human-Computer Interaction (PAC- MHCI). The a cceptance rate of ETRA 2022 was 38% for full papers and 42% for short papers. . @ETRA_conferenc...
